Our Approach
We recognise that each individual is unique. Not even identical twins are alike in personality and outlook towards life. Therefore we take an individualised approach to support each woman on their own journey. Two people may well come up with the same issue but it is not necessary to support them both alike. We meet you where you are. We believe in giving you a safe space to express yourself. You deserve to be heard non-judgementally. Your wounds and scars tell your story which is unlike any other and we hold a safe space for you to share what you feel intensely about. We offer you a place to heal and to grow. Depending on the situation, we collaborate with you to help you arrive at a better understanding of yourself. We work together to help you learn skills to handle difficult thoughts effectively and live a rich and meaningful life true to your values.
